Ennik Estates in new expansion phase
Ennik Estates is in a new phase of expansion, which aims to double its infrastructure and operating footprint in the residential nodes of Sandton and other areas north of Johannesburg.
Founder and CEO, Ronald Ennik says the key element of the process is the recruitment of high-level consultants to duplicate and reinforce the existing professional marketing team at the company’s enlarged headquarters, which is adjacent the newRosebank Mall.
He says brokering prime residential real estate to discerning high net worth individuals and corporate clients requires special people with specialist skills and experience in marketing, negotiating and client-care.
“They are invariably agents who are at the top of their game and the areas in which they are active. That is why we are not so much on a fast-track recruitment drive as we are on a carefully considered roll-in of compatible professionals seeking new opportunities and challenges in the niche market in which we operate.”
Ennik says the latest expansion is the next step - a growth path set out in the original Ennik Estates business plan, which has so far been realised.
He says it also marks the second anniversary of the company’s launch as the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in Gauteng.
