Two top real estate consultants from Gauteng have joined luxury homes marketer Ennik Estates.
This was confirmed by founder and CEO Ronald Ennik who says the agents are Justine Roux, who closed sales of R80 million in Sandton (Morningside, Sandown, and Strathavon), and Daniel Onay, who had sales of over R75 million in the upmarket Johannesburg suburb of Houghton last year.
Ennik says that Dan and Justine have not only brought enormous value to the Ennik Estates team of consultants but have also reinforced the brand's position as a boutique marketer of high-end real estate.
Houghton will remain a speciality area of focus for Onay and his assistant, Gian Marco Bottega but they will also be active inInanda, Atholl and Illovo as they joined Ennik Estates as a team.
Ennik says Roux, whose skills include the structuring of sales to foreign currency buyers, has a mandate to widen her existing operating footprint to adjoining north-eastern areas of Sandton.
Ennik Estates was established in August 2011 as the exclusive affiliate in Gauteng of Christie’s International Real Estate, the US$100 billion sales a year global luxury property arm of the world’s largest and oldest fine artauction house.
