Ennik Estates launches top-end Plett service for Gauteng cliients

Category Bizcommunity - Property News

Gauteng is the mother lode of investment in top-end property in upmarket Plettenberg Bay. So much so that virtually every residence in the R10 million-plus price band in "Plett" is owned by holiday and retirement investors from Joburg and Sandton. That is why Gauteng-focused Ennik Estates, a boutique luxury real estate marketer, has now added Plettenberg Bay to its portfolio of services to affluent clients.
The initiative is being directed by Ennik Estates consultant Jan Minnie, a 16-year veteran marketer of high-priced (mainly beachfront) homes in Plettenberg Bay, who has built up a R100-million portfolio of luxury homes on offer there.

Minnie, who recently returned to his market roots in Joburg, first established his reputation in Plett as part of the team that sold 272 sectional title units in the Gary Player Goose Valley development - a real estate record to this day.

An on-the-ground resident consultant

He is supported by an on-the-ground resident consultant, Erika Minnie, who has been active in the Plettenberg Bay luxury property market for over a decade.

For Gauteng investors planning to resettle to the Garden Route, we can also provide the support of relocation expert Lynne Baker, who marketed prime coastal homes, farms and retirement villages in and around Knysna and Plettenberg Bay, where she was resident, before joining Ennik Estates in Joburg.

Ennik Estates was launched in August 2011 as the exclusive affiliate in Gauteng of Christie's International Real Estate, the USD100 billion sales a year global luxury property arm of the world's largest and oldest fine art auction house.
